Today, she resides with her husband on their beef cattle farm in the Buena Vista community of North Garrard County, where they raised their two children.
Outside of real estate, Deonica enjoys spending time with her family on the farm, as well as quiet moments along the Kentucky River and Herrington Lake, embracing the very lifestyle she helps her clients find and enjoy.
Deonica began her career in 2007 when she attended the Missouri Auction School. That same year, she became a licensed real estate agent—laying the foundation for what has become a highly successful, dual-focused career in both real estate sales and professional auction services.
